These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Winarius platform. By registering an account, the user confirms having read and accepted these terms. Winarius reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Material changes are communicated to users via email or through a notice on the platform. The current version is available on this page at all times.

Winarius operates under a Curaçao Gaming Control Board licence with an additional registration in Estonia. Platform operations are subject to the requirements of both authorisations.

Eligibility

Use of the Winarius platform requires the following conditions to be met:

The user is aged 18 or over. The user resides in a country where the use of online gambling services is not prohibited by law. The user is not listed on a national gambling exclusion register. The user acts on their own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

Winarius verifies eligibility as part of the identity verification process. Accounts opened under false information are suspended. Funds held in such accounts may be withheld.

Account Registration and Verification

One account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts are suspended. Funds and winnings from duplicate accounts may be withheld.

Complete and accurate information is required at registration. Winarius requires identity verification before the first withdrawal. Required documents are a photo ID and proof of address. Winarius reserves the right to request additional documents at any time.

Accounts where fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected are suspended immediately. Winarius is obligated to report such incidents to the relevant authorities.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are credited after confirmation by the payment service provider. Withdrawals are processed after verification is complete and all bonus conditions are met. Winarius reserves the right to withhold withdrawals where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Withdrawals are made through the same method used for the deposit as a rule. Winarius does not charge its own transaction fees for standard transactions. Fees charged by payment service providers are covered by the player.

Deposit and withdrawal limits are set out in the cashier policy and are visible in the account. Winarius reserves the right to adjust limits without prior notice.

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers are subject to specific conditions set out on the bonuses page and in these Terms and Conditions. The standard wagering requirement for bonus funds is 40x the bonus amount. Bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused bonus funds are forfeited after the deadline.

Winarius reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue bonus offers. Abuse of bonus offers – including duplicate accounts, coordinated play or other methods of systematically exploiting bonus conditions – results in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Active bonus funds are forfeited when a withdrawal request is submitted before conditions are met.

Game Rules and Fair Use

Winarius operates all casino games using certified random number generators. Game outcomes are random and not predictable. The use of software that influences game outcomes or automates gameplay is prohibited.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement apply. Winarius reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void affected bets. Match fixing, result manipulation and the use of insider information result in immediate account suspension.

Account Suspension and Closure

Players can request account closure at any time. Outstanding withdrawals are processed before closure. Active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

Winarius reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of violations of these Terms and Conditions, fraud or illegal activity. In such cases funds may be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

Winarius is not liable for damages arising from technical failures, connection interruptions or payment service provider outages. The platform is operated without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance is announced where possible.

Winarius is not liable for losses arising from gambling. Players bear full responsibility for their decisions on the platform.

Responsible Gambling

Winarius provides protective tools: deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusions. These tools are accessible in the account settings. Players under 18 have no access to the platform. Players showing signs of problem gambling are encouraged to use these tools and to contact professional support organisations. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Disputes between users and Winarius are resolved first through direct communication with support. Where no resolution is reached, legal remedies are available in accordance with applicable regulations.
